Extrusion Poly Coating (Coex) Machinery

This highly automated new technology which uses PP or PE as raw material, has wide applications in several industries: chemicals, petrochemical, cement, sugar , salt, metallurgy and mining, to name a few. In fact, it is a new kind of general purpose packaging for storage and transportation of many kinds of materials.

Rotogravure Printing

Our Rotogravure printing machine is the latest addition to our flexible packaging system, that enables us to print on all types of materials with a wide range of thickness.

Our high speed 8-color Rotogravure printing machine is equipped with 5 drive, web video & auto registration control system to enable greater flexibility and rapidity in addition to high resolution colour combination.

Extrusion Lamination

Four layer laminates increase the shelf life of the products packed by providing very high WVTR (Water Vapour Transmission Rate) and OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate). Hygroscopic foods like namkeens and extruded snack foods are packed in 4 layer laminates.

Thanks to our expertise in high speed extrusion coating, we can manufacture packages with very low WVTR and OTR values as per clients’ specifications.
